Tegnap kezdetem élesben használni a programot , és lenne még egy kérdésem . Egy bejövő készpénzes számláról készítek kiadási bizonylatot , minden tökéletes, de be lehet-e állítani hogy a kiadási bizonylaton a számla eredeti bizonylatszáma szerepeljen ?

Ezeket kell a jogszabályok szerint helyesen kiállítani, kerekíteni. A bejövő bizonylatok célja az adatok rögzítése oly módon, ahogy azt a szállító cég kiállította. Amennyiben a bejövő számla nem felel meg a köetelményeknek, az a kiállító felelőssége. Az Ön célja a bizonylat bármilyen módon való beemelése a rendszerbe.

Ennek érdekes példája a devizás bejövő számla, amelynél lehetőség van megadni az ÁFA árfolyamát. Ennek célja, hogy rögzíteni tudja, milyen árfolyamon veszi figyelembe a levonható ÁFA-t a könyvelésében.

A bejövő bizonylatok célja az adatrögzítés, ezért nem alkalmazzuk a kerekítési szabályokat.

A bejövő számláknál nem látom a kerekítést .
