Nincs szükség raktárközi átadás készítésére. Értékesítésnél a termék kiválasztása után a készletinformációs panelen is van lehetőség azonnal olyan raktárba kapcsolni, ahol készlet áll rendelkezésre.

Beállítások/Rendszerbeállítások/Általános fülön állítható be a “Tételenkénti raktár megadási lehetősége”

Számlázáskor több raktár kezese esetén a kiválasztott raktár lesz az alapértelmezett.

A tétel ablakban megadható, melyik raktárból kerüljön kiadásra ill. a rendszer megadja melyik raktárban, raktárakban található a termék

A számlaablakon megjelenik, hogy melyik raktárból került kiadásra, de a kinyomtatott számlán nem szerepel.

Bizonylattömböknél az “Új” menüponttal hozzunk létre bizonylattömböt.

Jelen példában a devizás (EUR) kimenő számla kétnyelvűségét (Magyar+Német nyelvvel) paraméterezzük:

Bizonylat: Kimenő számla.

Név:  EURO kimenő számla.

Formátumnál adjuk meg egy megkülönböztetést, pl.: ESZ/$EV/$SORSZAM.

A pénznem megadásával pl.: EUR  esetén, alapértelmezettként az Euro-t ajánlja fel a rendszer.

Beállítható áfatartalom az adott bizonylathoz.

A beállítása végén az OK gombbal mentjük el a paramétereket.

Új számla kiállításakor megjelenik az “EUR-Német számla” megnevezés alatt a kétnyelvű számla.
